Mr30g Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy
Please read these terms carefully before using mr30g's services. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you and us, and applies to your use of all services on the platform. We conduct our relationship with members on the basis of transparency and fairness at all times.
Acceptance of Terms — How This Agreement Takes Effect
By accessing mr30g's website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment your registration is complete. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using the platform.
Mr30g operates an entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply in both English and Bangla; however, in the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bangla version shall prevail. Access to the platform is reserved, and users must be 18 years of age or older to use any of its services.

- Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation & Security Guidelines
Registration Process
To open an account with mr30g, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Each person may only create one account, and operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. The name, address, and other details provided at registration must match your National ID. If incorrect information is submitted, the account may be cancelled at any time.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password strictly confidential is your own responsibility. Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, as you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
KYC Verification
Mr30g follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with international standards. Before processing withdrawals or large transactions, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license for identity verification. Certain services may be temporarily restricted until the verification process is complete. This process is carried out solely to protect your account.
Age Verification
The minimum age to use mr30g's services is 18. If a false age is provided at registration, the account will be permanently closed and any funds in the account may be forfeited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time and may be required to share relevant information with the appropriate authorities if necessary. We are committed to protecting minors.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the mr30g platform, you are expected to act honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the law at all times. Misusing any platform feature or promotion, attempting to exploit loopholes, or seeking out technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. Unlawful collusion or coordination with other users is also not permitted. mr30g reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, share relevant information with the appropriate authorities.
List of Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing bonuses or making repeated withdrawals without meeting bonus requirements.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Accessing or playing on the platform using automated bots, scripts, or software.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
- Spreading false information to mislead other members.
- Filing false or misleading complaints against mr30g.
If any of the prohibited activities listed above are found to have occurred, mr30g reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit any associated balance.
Payment & Transaction Policy — BDT Details
Mr30g processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support a range of mobile banking and payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. A confirmation message is sent upon completion of each transaction. If you experience any issue with a transaction, you must notify the support team within 48 hours, otherwise it will be considered successfully completed.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes. The minimum deposit amount is determined by the applicable payment method. Deposits sent through a third party are not accepted — the account name and the payment name must match exactly.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the applicable bonus turnover requirements have been met.
- All transactions are processed in BDT; foreign currency conversion is not supported.
- Mr30g reserves the right to block any suspicious transactions.
- Accounts will be suspended if chargebacks or payment reversals are misused.
- Where applicable, the user is solely responsible for paying any government taxes or levies.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Policy
Mr30g reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances. Where possible, users will be notified before an account is closed; however, in urgent situations or cases of fraud, action may be taken without prior notice. Any valid balance in a suspended account may be returned through a designated process, but will be held while an investigation is ongoing.
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
- If operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses is established.
- Upon suspicion of illegal financial activity or money laundering.
- If an account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
- By order of a court or government authority.
Limitation of Liability
Mr30g is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, internet disruptions, or interruptions to third-party services. The platform operates on an "as is" basis, and uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Users make all betting and gaming decisions entirely at their own risk, and mr30g is not responsible for any resulting financial losses. However, a review process is in place for transactions affected by verified technical errors on our systems.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the mr30g platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the exclusive property of mr30g and is protected under applicable copyright law. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content in any form for commercial purposes without our prior permission is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in the event of any infringement.
Third-Party Links & Services
The mr30g platform may at times integrate third-party services or game software. These third parties have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies that apply independently. mr30g is not responsible for the quality, security, or performance of third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Mr30g reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and registered members will be notified by email where possible. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. mr30g is committed to protecting users' interests and maintaining a fair, transparent environment. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties will first seek to resolve the matter through discussion.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully in effect.
